A highly arduous & intricately demanding task, Herman's dream was to design a product that would re-awaken the disheartened hi-fi enthusiasts from their conventional home theatre or solid-state systems.

The PrimaLuna team adopted a meticulous, systematic, & patient approach with a commitment to achieving perfection as the ultimate goal for the product. With this in mind, they devoted nearly three years to developing & manufacturing their first line of products, the ProLogue Series.

This included the ProLogue One integrated amplifier which has received critical acclaim for its premium sound quality & reasonable pricing.

An evolution

In 2015, the world were gifted The EvoLution series from PrimaLuna.

This new series of tube amplifiers held significant enhancements that rose above the previous ProLogue & DiaLogue series. The upgraded components, new chassis design, dual-mono configuration, & advanced adaptive auto bias circuitry produced a sound that was more sophisticated, nuanced, & energetic.

Providing an even more immersive listening experience, the remarkable sound quality of the EvoLution amplifiers was recognised & appreciated by both audiophiles and experts in the audio industry.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

It depends on where you are in Australia. Typically orders will take 1-2 business day to dispatch & 2-5 business days to arrive if you are on the east coast.

It's more likely to take 5-10 business days for our friends in the far-north, the west & regional areas.

Tracking & delivery details will be provided via email once the item has shipped.

Do you offer express shipping?

Typically we cannot offer express shipping. However, in some cases, we can arrange for an expedited courier service (1-3 days) at a $30 surcharge.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. if applicable it must also be returned in the same outer packaging it was shipped in.
