But first, you need a plan; that's where Living Entertainment can help start you on the right path with our free consultation.
All you need to do is submit a design request using the form below. The good news is, you don't need to know everything to get the ball rolling. Your request can be as vague or as detailed as you like; our team will know how to help you get the result you are after.
Step 1 - Consultation
Together we'll plan equipment that will make your music & movies come to life like never before.
Our team will advise you on the right equipment to suit your requirements to level up your home or business.
Step 2 - Design
Once you are happy with the combination of products & suggestions our team have made you can accept the proposal.
We will then book in our team for the final step - installation.
Step 3 - Installation
LENC will be present throughout the duration of your project, operating in 3 main stages:
Stage 1: Our licensed team pre-wires the building in accordance with the correct & relevant Australian standards for the equipment that has been selected.
Stage 2: Our team will fit off, terminate all cables & install wall plating in preparation for the final stage.
Stage 3: Upon completion of the construction &/or renovation of your building, we will install & test your elected system & provide you with all the necessary training on the equipment you have chosen.
Step 4 - Support
Rest assured, the experience continues long after the time to demonstrate your new system & answer your questions.
At LENC we ensure everything is working fine & that you are comfortable operating your new equipment. if support is needed, our showroom is open 6 days a week, so we're almost always on hand to answer any questions.

Aftercare & warranty
We will carry out an assessment, repair, or service for any product that you have purchased from Living Entertainment (past or present) that is within warranty. Our policy is to offer trouble-shooting & the reliable coordination of repair services, if needed. Each job is individually assessed.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
It depends on where you are in Australia. Typically orders will take 1-2 business day to dispatch & 2-5 business days to arrive if you are on the east coast.
It's more likely to take 5-10 business days for our friends in the far-north, the west & regional areas.
Tracking & delivery details will be provided via email once the item has shipped.
Do you offer express shipping?
Typically we cannot offer express shipping. However, in some cases, we can arrange for an expedited courier service (1-3 days) at a $30 surcharge.

What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. if applicable it must also be returned in the same outer packaging it was shipped in.
